Custom Bleaching Trays

How to use your custom take-home bleaching trays.

How to use custom bleaching trays at home

We recommend using the bleaching trays after dinner, in the evening.

* DO NOT USE IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER BLEACHING PRODUCTS *

To begin, brush and floss your teeth as usual, then lightly dry your teeth.

DO NOT eat or drink while wearing the trays.

Keep trays in for 30-60 minutes per day, every day, for two weeks.

Load trays with a very small amount of gel, and place trays gently on the teeth. Do not press too tightly.

* overfilling trays may cause gum irritation.

If gel oozes over the trays onto your gums, wipe off excess with a tissue.

You may have excess saliva while wearing the trays. If it becomes excessive, gently spit out.

After removing the trays, brush and floss your teeth as normal.

To clean the trays, use your toothbrush with warm water. Pat the trays dry with a tissue and store in the case.

Avoid food and drinks that may stain or cause sensitivity to your teeth for 1-2 hours after. Examples: blueberries, cranberries, citrus fruits, red wine, coffee, tea, cola.

Some teeth whiten faster than others. Only natural enamel will whiten.

Sensitivity is normal. If your teeth become sensitive, you may reduce the time wearing your trays per day.

To help with sensitivity, you can place sensitive toothpaste in the trays and wear them after whitening.
